Our Philosophy

We focus on accepting representation of those cases which will allow me to maintain a close relationship with our client.  This not only creates a good rapport with our clients, but also accelerates the process of obtaining money and other benefits for our client.

As part of this personal relationship, we regularly communicate with each client in order to keep the client aware of the status and time requirements.

We traditionally provide the client with copies of all documents we send or receive…so his/her file would look just like ours as we go along.

We do not hesitate to associate legal experts to assist in specific areas of legal representation.  Generally, the fees of these experts in specific legal areas come out of the fees to which this Firm would be entitled and do not result in any cost to the client.

We do not incur any material expenses for the client without the client’s authority.

The process of reaching a good result for the client generally takes quite a while and often is delayed in order to wait for the maximum medical improvement of the health of the client and may be further delayed by matters beyond our control.

Hands-on Relationship

Ric likes to speak with the clients to answer their questions and give them the current status and, unless he is involved in a matter that would prevent it, Ric will generally take calls directly from the client.

When Ric is not available, we invite clients to discuss their concerns with Laura Renner, a qualified Paralegal who has been with the Firm for over 15 years. Laura is at extension 206.

Professional Case Management

In addition to bringing in those experts that will accelerate and maximize results for the client, we also employ experienced independent professional case managers.

We have found that experienced independent case managers whose compensation is based upon performance and results is a more effective way to proceed than using a traditional 9-to-5 salaried individual.
