Our firm is the originator of the LOW FEE FORMAT for defense of mortgage foreclosures.

As a member of the Board of Directors of the Seminole County Bar Association Legal Aid Society, I recognized that most people facing foreclosure do not qualify for Legal Aid.

And, to compound this, they generally cannot afford $200-$300 per hour for legal representation.

So...I created the LOW FEE FORMAT for defense of mortgage foreclosures.

For a small monthly fee (usually 20-25% of what your mortgage payment was…) we provide full law suit representation up to the point of trial.

So...even if you cannot afford to catch up on your loan or qualify for a modification at the present time…you cannot give up your home and rent an equivalent place for the cost of defending your foreclosure with our LOW FEE FORMAT.
